Oakbrook Terrace Square is currently undergoing a complete transformation. The center is being entirely developed to create a village setting, complete with beautifully landscaped pedestrian walkways that include attractive plantings and seating areas to encourage outdoor gathering while shopping. The new center will feature a brand new 58,000-square-foot grocer, Pete’s Fresh Market, plus an additional 83,000 square feet of new shopping that includes three out lots fully integrated into the overall design of the center.

Familiar faces will grace the new center. Harris Bank will continue to be a prominent tenant and will be constructing a brand new, state-of-the-art branch to open in the fall of 2011. The new branch will feature a fresh new look along with more convenient drive through banking and exceptional service familiar to Harris Bank customers. The design of the branch is a new look for Harris Bank as it embarks on impressive new growth. The new branch will be located immediately east of its current location and a new signalized entrance boulevard will be constructed in place of the existing bank building.
