Hyatt House Chicago/Oak Brook celebrated its opening, making the first Hyatt House hotel in Oak Brook, ILL and the Hyatt House brand’s third hotel in the Chicago area. Developed by Janko Group and managed by Janko Hospitality, Hyatt House Chicago/Oak Brook is conveniently located in Oak Brook’s business and office district, and provides guests the service and convenience of hotel living with the casual comforts of home.

HYATT HOUSE CHICAGO/OAK BROOK LEADERSHIP

Hyatt House Chicago/Oak Brook is under the leadership of General Manager Nicole Patterson-Olden and Director of Sales Kate Francisco. Patterson-Olden joins Hyatt House Chicago/Oak Brook with more than 13 years of successful hospitality management experience. She will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing the hotel’s 40 associates and ensuring guests encounter the purposeful service for which the Hyatt House brand is known.

Francisco joins the hotel with several years of hospitality sales experience and an intimate knowledge of the Oak Brook, Ill. market. She is responsible for the sales team leadership and driving revenues. Francisco’s experience and expertise will bring awareness while building loyalty across new markets.
